Continuous casting process ensure the zero
defect in extrusion cylinder. Excellent drawing
process could produce solder wire with very
small diameter. The minimum diameter of Sn
-Cu series Pb-free solder wire could be 0.5mm.
The minimum diameter of Sn-Ag-Cu series Pb
-free wire could be 0.6mm.Scientific flux
composition could ensure the good solderability.

Process notes for Pb-free iron soldering:
The temperature of iron tip should be 370-400
°C. The iron power should be 60-80W. The iron
should have good heat-restore performance.
Replacement frequency of iron tip will be higher
than Pb-contained application.
